Orders & shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Greece, Cyprus and many European countries. See the European Countries List. For orders from other European countries please use eu.ultrasclothes.gr.

How much is shipping?

Greece: €5 by courier, free for orders over €50. Free delivery to a BOX NOW locker all over Greece.

Cyprus and Europe: the cost is calculated at checkout for your country and is free for orders over €250. Details: Shipping and Delivery Policy.

When will I receive my order?

Greece: 1-2 business days. Cyprus: 3-4 business days. Europe: about 10 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Can I pick up my order from a BOX NOW locker?

Yes. At checkout choose BOX NOW as shipping method and pick the locker that suits you on the map. You will get the pickup code on your mobile when the parcel arrives at the locker.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number. See Order Tracking. If you have an account, all your orders are in your account.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners) via Alpha Bank, PayPal, cash on delivery (Greece only, +€2) and bank transfer. Details: Payment Methods.

Is card payment secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed by Alpha e-Commerce of Alpha Bank with TLS encryption. We never see or store your card details. See Secure Payments.

I pay by bank transfer. What do I do?

Your order is kept for up to 3 days until the deposit is made. Write your order number and your full name as the transfer reason and email the receipt to sales@ultrasclothes.gr. The bank details are in Payment Methods.

Exchanges & returns

Can I exchange or return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery (Greece and Cyprus). The item must be unwashed and undamaged, with its label. Fill in the exchange form you will find in the parcel and follow the steps in Returns and Exchange.

When will I get my money back?

Refunds are made within 14 days after we receive the product, to the original payment method. For cash on delivery, by bank transfer to your account (send us your IBAN).

I received a defective product. What do I do?

Contact us at sales@ultrasclothes.gr. We will replace it and cover the shipping costs.

How do I find my size?

Check the Size Guide (also on every product page). If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger one.

Do you make special orders or prints?

Contact us about special orders and cooperation at sales@ultrasclothes.gr or visit our Korydallos store.
